Post Audition Reminders and Online Auditions

A few more reminders:

  1. If you have not yet submitted a photo, the deadline will be on Friday, 18 January 2019. For your information, if you did not give us a photo or specifically requested not to include a photo, a placeholder image (PTGPFI logo) will be put in place as yours. This goes both for teachers and students. FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE.
  2. Online auditions are for participants who weren’t able to go to the live auditions. Please send the following to festival.ptgpfi@gmail.com
    • AUDITION VIDEO with the title of the piece
      • In case the participant will play multiple pieces, please
    • Duly accomplished APPLICATION FORM (Scanned or digitally edited)
    • 2×2 PHOTO
  3. The program flow will be posted in a few days. Please keep posted. They will be up for editing and corrections.

Good day!


  1. Do not forget to bring your NEW 2×2 photo for tomorrow. Students and Teachers are REQUIRED to submit new photos. FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE. (NOTE: If you are unable to bring a photo, please send a scanned copy to festival.ptgpfi@gmail.com with the subject TEACHERS’ PHOTO (for teachers) or PARTICIPANT’S PHOTO (for students). Please include your full name in the message)
  2. Due to the variable length of the audition process, there will be no fixed schedule. You may come anytime since you are already on queue.
  3. Walk-ins will be added to the queue within the cut-off time (depending on the venue). If you arrive before the cut-off time, you will still be auditioned.
  4. Arrive early at your respective audition venue.
  5. To state any corrections (omitted students only and NOT TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS), please text 0922 935 4966 before 7:00 PM today.
